The base of mast no. 1: the winding gear can be seen to the right, and the pulley that's tethered to the ground beside it is what held the array up at this mast. As for the mast itself, that rectangular object inside looks on close examination to be a lift. It's attached to a rack, plus the top part of it has railings.
