Comments: Bedlinog is a relay of Wenvoe

In the next Welsh valley over from Deri and just up from Abercynon is the small village of Bedlinog. This is another steep valley with no chance of reception of anything other than a very local relay.

Transmission is from a single panel antenna, with a vertically polarised signal beaming northwest towards Bedlinog itself in the valley below. The receive aerial is a trough antenna pointing south at Wenvoe. Seems an awful lot of metalwork just to put one uhf panel 35m off the ground!
