Comments: Borve is a relay of Skriaig (via Scoval, Clettraval, Daliburgh and Kilbride (S. Uist))

I've just returned from a fabulous Easter hill-walking weekend on the remote and stunningly beautiful Isle of Barra in the Western Isles. In the process I managed to capture images of all three UHF tv relay stations on the island.

Borve is on the wild Atlantic West coast of the island. This station has a very difficult RBL link from Kilbride on South Uist which is marginal line-of-sight at best, hence the 4 elevated receiving yagis. Note that Kilbride is RBL Daliburgh (South Uist), Clettraval (North Uist), Scoval (Western Isle of Skye), Skriaig (Eastern Isle of Skye), and then via the Rosemarkie to Melvaig SHF chain!
