Dan thought that the broadcast aerial was the folded dipole at the top. Actually, that looks too small so it's much more likely to be the colinear which you can see at the top and to the right on the third photo,
Don't think there is any studio to transmitter link etc. Next to the mast base there's a VHF or UHF colinear on a low-ish pole - which seems odd unless it's for local PMR just within the buildings on the site.
