CRYSTAL PALACE and CROYDON

This is the Croydon mast shot from the grounds of
Crystal Palace!
This shot was taken from Mitcham Common, 4-5 miles to
the west of the Crystal Palace site
and shows both Crystal Palace and Croydon masts.
Crystal Palace is on the left with Croydon on
the right, about 1½ miles to the SW
The next two photos are taken
from Croydon Town Centre.
From this viewpoint Croydon is obviously the nearer of the two
but despite appearances Crystal Palace (on the right) is the taller
of the two structures.
This final shot was taken by Paul Andersson from the top of Guys Hospital Tower
