Tucked away in the corner of a field right beside a road is the TX that serves this small Welsh village.

It's a simple 10m tower with a 4 cardoid stack at the top for transmitting and a single log periodic for reception of the parent station.

 

I can't help thinking how new that cardiod tx stack looks compared to the rest of the installation - mb
