Comments: Derby is a relay of Waltham

Here are a few pictures of the Derby UHF relay, situated at Littleover, approximately 2 miles from the centre of Derby.

The tower is situated in the grounds of the Derbyshire Fire Service HQ, and is also used by them for their VHF radio system.

This is a relay of Waltham, but transmits only BBC1 and ITV at 200/100W horizontal polarisation - unusual for a relay.

Unfortunately the sun and surroundings were against me, and getting good pictures proved a challenge.
