The East Neuk relay is within the grounds of "Scotland's Secret Bunker" and apparently using the former "Type 80" radar modulator building (see http://www.secretbunker.co.uk and http://www.subbrit.org.uk/rsg/features/anstruther )
Similar to the arrangement at Allanhill Farm with a 3-element yagi plus end-fed arrangement - do these sites RBL one of the other Kingdom FM transmitters? The site is very exposed, which probably explains the bent reflector on the yagi.
