Comments: Fakenham is a relay of Bunkers Hill

The Fakenham site is a relay for North Norfolk Radio.

This site relays transmisions from Bunkers Hill (RBR 103.2 > TX 96.2). Fakenham's RBR Yagi has a beam bearing of around 347° ETN.

I'd say the reason this relay's tx aerial is on the West facing side of the water tower is so it protects NNR's main (Stody) transmissions wh5ch are on the same frequency.

The transmissions are vertically polarised only, and came on air on 11-Oct-2005.
