Not always clearly visible as they're only on one face of the tower, at the top left of the photo above we can see the four tiers of single dipoles used to broadcast the FM nationals. This arrangement was introduced in March 1995 to improve BBC FM reception in south London, detailed explanations are available via the link at the bottom of this page.

Below them are the four tiers of local radio aerials. Originally all four tiers were skeletal slanted slots, but more recently the lowest tier was replaced with Kathrein mixed pol panels, and is used for XFM.
