April 2015

Mark re-visited the site in April 2015.

The north side of the mast, is the easier to get close to, and obtain a good vantage point. Unfortunately, at the time of visit, the sun was in the worst possible position.

Mark also took some longer distance shots from the south, which are far better lit, but without the advantage of being close.

North side, sun not helping !

South side

DAB Tx array, direction of fire, west

...from the south

National FM array from the north

...and the south

BBC Suffolk array, from the north

...from the south, nothing active on this (Essex) face

Feed point of BBC Essex and Absolute Radio AM aerial

Sat dishes on south side (obviously !)
