| There are three radio towers on the same hilltop, all within a few hundred metres of each other. As well as the broadcast site featured above there is a relatively small tower carrying PMR antennas (not shown) and the more substantial BT microwave site at NGR SJ212492. |
| At the time of Richard's visit big antennas appeared to point at other BT microwave sites at Pale Heights, Cheshire and (probably) Albrighton, Shropshire. It's likely that these have been removed subsequently |
