This final picture (taken in 1985) from Mark Carver shows the Band III aerials still in place. At that time the transmissions on 95.8 & 97.3 MHz came from aerials mounted on the cantilever, eventually the FM transmissions were relocated to the former Band III aperture and the radio cantilever was replaced with UHF aerials. |
