| This vintage MF site now broadcasts only one service (TalkSport on 1053Khz) to what is a sparsely populated area of SW Scotland. Mindful of this and the fact that TalkSport is now widely available on DAB, and with an eye to ever-rocketing electricity costs, I thought I would get a few pictures for the Gallery before the site is likely consigned to history in the not too distant future. |

| Transmitter building. The Band II yagi appears to be on Sandale. I'm guessing it was used to provide a standby feed for the Radio Scotland Dumfries opt-out service that was transmitted from here on 585Khz until June 2020. |
