After taking a walk along the coastal path from Bridport I managed to get a few photos of this site. It's a bit of a treck to access, but I was determined to explore as it hasn’t featured on the Tx Gallery yet!
It is an active deflector of Stockland Hill which is sheltered by the cliffs. There are multiple antennas on site I suspected to be the AD including some Mystery blue UHF reflector panel looking aerials on a chimney of the house with a domestic high gain aerial aimed at SH on a pole. I am more suspecting the AD is the receiving aerial on a wooden pole top of the cliff with a separate pole with a 10 element yagi and fire guard aerial as the TX,
A majority of the caravans had VP aerials aimed towards the installation, a few on the outer edge of the park had high gain aerials HP aimed towards presumably Stockland hill. |
