Comments: Hamstead is a relay of Sutton Coldfield

Located on a tower block on a council estate in NE Birmingham. Along with close by Queslett and Perry Beeches, providing coverage to the mildly undulating cityscape only a few miles from Sutton Coldfield.

Transmit antennas are a set of four vertical cardioid dipoles facing nominally east. RX is one horizontal log on Sutton Coldfield. The antennas are a bit difficult to clearly photograph due to all the mobile phone gubbins on the rooftop.
