Comments: Cartmel is a relay of Winter Hill

Cartmel relays Winter Hill. Horizontal polarisation must have been used to make it more interesting! The village of Cartmel is known for its horse racing and sticky toffee puddings.

Originally a BBC landlord site which entered service on 10th July 1981, with Channel 4 from August 1987.
