Llanfach is a relay of Wenvoe (via Pennar and Mynydd Machen)

Llanfach is a hamlet located in a side valley off Ebbw Vale near Abercarn in South Wales. The relay is a low power affair designed to cover the side of the valley that is screened from the nearby Pennar relay, which serves the rest of the area.

Unusually for a relay Llanfach is horizontally polarised. A single transmit log periodic points north east to the service area. The receive antenna is a vertical log periodic pointing north west to Pennar, which is just across the valley.
