Comments: Westbourne is a relay of Rowridge

March 2006

This is quite a simple affair, consisting of four vertical dipoles on top of an office block in Westbourne, a suburb of Bournemouth. The Rx antenna is a log periodic, pointing at Rowridge.

The Tx dipoles are pointing north-northeast (30°), towards the districts of Meyrick Park and Talbot Heath.

Westbourne entered service on 20th December 1984. DSO was on the 7th and 21st March 2012.
