| Challenging conditions for photography on the day I decided to visit Deiniolen. Earlier there had been hazy sunshine on the Welsh north coast. As I drove towards the site it was raining. There is a pleasant cafe just down the road, so I decided to take a slightly early lunch in the hope that the rain would stop. The rain only eased to a fine drizzle and the cloud had then descended. So I'm sorry that the pictures aren't great, but the new DAB aerials can be seen after some tweaking of the picture contrast. BBC DAB entered service on 21st March 2014. |
