BBC DAB entered service on 2nd June 2014.


The slender tower on the right carries all the broadcast services is of a design used at many sites in the 1960's, originally built for only band 1 TV and FM radio.




Twin band III dipoles at the top for DAB transmit.


UHF transmit panels facing west, south and east.


Two tiers of band II dipoles for FM radio transmit. The vertical dipoles are pointing north and south, while the horizontal dipoles face east and west.


Twin UHF yagis for the TV RBL from Llwyn Onn.


Satellite dish to receive the DAB programme feed.


Twin band II log periodics for the FM Radio RBL from Llwyn Onn. Looks like the bushes and trees could do with cutting back.
