Great Ormes Head is situated on the North Wales Coast just above Llandudno. There are two masts at this site where, unusually, the landlord is British Gas. ILR station Coast FM is broadcast from this mast and Classic fm appears to be broadcast from aerials mounted on an adjacent building.

Classic fm's service area covers most of the North Wales coast, and Anglesey, as well as penetrating a surprising distance inland amongst Snowdonia.

The Band II mixed polarisation radiator for Coast FM can be just seen half way up on the right, just under the lower SHF dish.

Finally this shot taken from out at sea, during the same trip as Ray's photo off Llanddona!
