Rye Hill is located about 2mi South-West of the New Town of Harlow, and the TX's are mounted on a Three Valleys' Water Tower.

It carries Harlows' local radio station - Ten 17 on 101.7, as well as DAB services from Digital One on 10D and NOW on 12D

The two FM transmitting dipoles are on the NW corner of the tower, transmitting in the direction of Harlow, while the DAB transmitting dipole is on the south face of the structure.
