Comments: Hemel Hempstead Town is a relay of Crystal Palace

Hemel Hempstead Town is a low power relay of Crystal Palace installed on the roof of the former Kodak building, the only tower block in the town.Major re-development of the site is currently under way (October 2007) including the provision of penthouse accommodation at roof level.


Redevelopment of the former Kodak site continues and much of the main tower block is now surrounded with scaffolding. The two sets of transmit logs and the receive log have been separated and dropped down about three floors to leave the roof clear for the addition of penthouse living accomodation. The photos below were taken at the end December 2007...
