Another of those "difficult to see from close up" arrangements, however there isn't much clutter on the roof this time.
Tx appears to be from the folded dipole. I didn't pay too much attention to the "floodlight" devices on the other poles, but on further research these may well be for STL purposes - the studios are a couple of hundred yards away, in the correct direction for an SHF link.
