Comments: Relay of Moel-y-Parc

Much of the North Wales coast is covered by Moel Y-Parc or Llandonna bar a few coastal spots in the East who are too low down and receive Winter Hill.

There are also a number of small valleys running south causing great problems for transmission. As you approach Colwyn Bay the hills rise up and four relays can be found to cover the area - Llandulas, Conwy, Penmaen Rhos and Mochdre.

Llandulas is the first of these as you approach Colwyn from the East, situated right next to a layby on the A55. A straight-forward arrangement of 4 crossed log perioidic pairs and a log directed at Moel-Y-Parc, it covers the villages of Bryn Dulas, Terfyn and the valley of the River Dulas running south.
