Comments: Perry Beeches is a relay of Sutton Coldfield

Perry Beeches is located right next to the M6 motorway.

As chance would have it is was the 1000th UHF tv relay transmitting station to be completed, but its thunder was stolen when it was decided that the Darley Dale relay would be a much more picturesque location to hold a celebration. Perry Beeches thus holds the honour to be the 1001st station to come into service.
