Comments: West Runton is a TV relay of Tacolneston and a relay of Stoke Holy Cross for Radio Norfolk

West Runton is a relay of Tacolneston.

The mast is 'tree locked' and so it is difficult to view at a distance.

To celebrate BBC Radio Norfolk's 25th Birthday (and to bring a clearer FM signal to North Norfolk), an FM transmitter has now been installed at West Runton. It operates on 95.6 MHz FM (stereo).

The yagi aerial at the top of the mast is for 95.6 broadcasts, while the yagi about half way up the mast (next to the TV off air receive panel) is pointing to Stoke Holy Cross and is the FM off air recieve aerial
