Comments: Woodbridge is a relay of Sudbury

I've visited Woodbridge on a number of occasions in recent years and have always wondered where the local TV relay is actually situated, the "usual" types of tower being noticeable by their absence.

I decided to hunt this one down and it became much clearer as to why I hadn't spotted it from the town when I discovered that the relevant grid reference was denoted by the words "Water Tower".

Sure enough, this time I found it without any trouble.

This type of security arrangement is quite common at shared sites - only one padlock and one metal 'token' needs to be removed for the lock to be opened.

At first I wasn't quite sure where the broadcast aerials were amongst all the cellphone stuff, but we are seeing the shrouded UHF aerials from the rear and the log-periodic receiving aerial is just below them, highlighted, left >
