Wythenshawe FM operated as an RSL since 2000 and achieved fully-licenced Community Radio status in 2006. The transmitter is located on a block of flats, and fed by an STL from the studio 300m away in the Wythenshawe Centre. The STL horizontal dipole is mounted beneath the vertical transmitter aerial, possibly a half-wave. The flats are undergoing renovation in the picture here.
