Comments: Ystalyfera is a relay of Carmel

Ystalyfera serves the town of Ystradgynlais and the villages of Crynant, Seven Sisters, Cwmllynfell and Ystalyfera.

Ystalyfera receives it's signal from Carmel, which is clearly visible from the site, being around 20 miles away as the crow flies.

The village in the background of the Ystalyfera TX shot is Seven Sisters, and the final shot is the view looking down the Swansea valley from the Varteg Hill site. The Pontardawe TV Relay can be seen in the distance between 2 of the electricity pylons. Kilvey Hill is also visible from this site but is just off the left of this shot.
