Rob and I have been making some changes to the procedure for submitting Gallery contributions. The amended instructions are here: We have added a new form which everyone needs to fill in every time they make a contribution, no matter how that contribution is made. This will make it much easier for me to keep track of what's coming in, whether it be by email, FTP, CD/DVD/ROM or carrier pigeon. Please take note of my request to make sure that all image files or zip files, and CD/DVDs are all named/labelled before you send them in. It does make things easier and minimises the chance of them being delayed or lost. Ta. If you have made a submission which has not yet appeared on the site, PLEASE GO AND FILL OUT THE FORM NOW to make sure your contribution is added to the new queue. If you have made more than one submission outstanding you will need to submit the form for each submission. The form is here: The good news is that the form data is stored and processed via our central database so it links through directly to the hit list and also the "Soon..." box on the main index page. These won't update immediately for security reasons, but the system will mean that the hit list will now be kept more up-to-date.
