| Since the previous pictures taken by Martin Briscoe, Torosay has gained a second antenna cylinder on the smaller tower located west of the main broadcast tower. This is probably a reserve antenna for UHF TV allowing antenna maintenance to take place without a significant loss of digital TV coverage area. Anne and Nigels pictures were taken whilst on outward ferry journey from Oban to Lochboisdale, South Uist, Outer Hebrides, June 2012. |
