| I had the advantage of daylight, although it was a dull day. Odd site in many ways, surrounded by houses and very "light duty" compared with other towers nearby. The added ladder and feeders make the structure appear bent from some angles. Since Mike's visit some redundant metalwork has been removed and the pairs of dipoles for DAB added. The antennas at the very top remain, yet the feeder seems to have been "recovered" (visible in one of original photos, so not a recent change). The Band II antenna remains in place. |
