Beecroft Hill was originally a BBC landlord site which entered service with ITV on 30-Apr-1976 to serve 5,700 people. BBC ! & 2 were added in December 1976 with Channel 4 from 31-Jan-1986. The UHF cylinder contains a north-northeast (30°) facing cardioid. DSO was on 7 and 21-Sep-2011. Leeds local TV entered service 27-Feb-2014.
BBC national & local FM radio was added on 20-Dec-1991. Classic FM entered service in November 2002.
