Chorley FM launched in November 2006. The antenna is sited on the flag pole of St George's Church in Chorley town centre. A video from February 2011 shows the TX antenna as an end fed vertical strapped to the flagpole, but this has been changed to a folded dipole at some point. The studio to transmitter link is via a radio link, but is well concealed in the church tower.
