Geddington is located at Geddington Chase between the Northamptonshire towns of Kettering and Corby.
The tower stands way out and high up on the chase of land in the woods on a long trackway leading from the village of Geddington itself.

Originally a BBC landlord site, Geddington was added as a relay station for Radio Northamptonshire, entering service on 18th June 1984 on 103.3 MHz. This frequency was changed to 103.6 MHz during 1986. ILR (KCBC) on 107.4 MHz was added in March 1998.
