An interesting fact about Mercia House is that it overlooks the first traffic-free shopping street in Europe, and is currently the tallest building in Coventry.  Radio Plus started broadcasting in December 2010, and uses a folded dipole mounted on the side of the plant room. I'm not sure what the link to the studios is - Radio Plus' studios are in Mercia FM's old building, and I couldn't spot anything there (viewed on Google Street View).
