DAB added - July 2010

Fishpond Hill serves the town of Mansfield in West Nottinghamshire. It transmits three FM radio services and recently DAB has been added. It was a very windy day on what is a site that's more exposed than you realise when you park up near it! DAB service dates: Nottinghamshire, 20th July 2006; Digital One, 19th October 2006; BBC, 4th April 2007.

The cantilever pole at the top of the tower has been extended with two band III dipoles added for DAB transmit, below the ILR band II dipole.
