Following a site visit in December 2010 Ofcom found the station to be in breach of its licence and that the "The transmitter and antenna had been replaced without consultation with Ofcom". In July 2011 Ofcom decided to reduce the validity period of the licence by one year. See links below for more details. At the time of Mervyn's visit the transmitter appeared to be off-air. |
