BRADING
| Photos by Martin Watkins and Mark Carver | Page last updated: 2011-10-23 |
This was one stop on a marathon visit by three mb21 spotters to the IOW to photograph all the TV sites. Brading could be mistaken at first glance for a mobile phone mast, until one looks more closely. The site is attractively situated next door to a sewage works, and the olfactory evidence was unmistakable.

Straight away we notice that the rx HP log has been joined by a new VP one, in line with the new policy of using the VP component of Rowridge's post DSO signal as the RBL feed.

With failing light it's necessary to position the aerials against the sky in order to photograph them satisfactorily.

The old HP Rx log, what does that label say ?....

Well, zoomed in (and turned upside down) 'CSA Wireless' ?

And that cable marker on the new VP Rx log ?

Zoomed and again turned upside down 'DTT BRD RBL 01VP'

There, you'd all forgotten about that sewage works I mentioned at the top. That's the problem with the internet, you escape the privations and unpleasantness of real life......
