Earlier photos

An easy one to find, about 600m east of Brading village, along Quay Lane. It appears to serve the area in and around the village that is shielded from Rowridge by Brading Down. The lower single log periodic is pointing towards Rowridge. The TX array consists of four logs, three pointing south-west-ish and one more to the north-west. Brading was originally a BBC landlord site which entered service in February 1986 using a 14m wooden pole. The wooden pole was replaced with this tower for site sharers in September 2001.
