This mast is located behind the single storey changing facilities for the adjoining playing fields. Bay FM launched from this site on 29-Mar-2013. It re-branded as East Devon Radio on 6-Apr-2021.

This mast placement was approved under planning application 12/2400/FUL with East Devon District Council for Bay FM and later revised under 13/1266/FUL.

The transmit aerial arrangement appears to consist an end fed vertical
dipole at the top together with two, two element, horizontal Yagis.


Based on planning application 12/2400/FUL this dish may be a Ubiquiti airMAX 5GHz MIMO Bridge
