Cross Counties Radio originally started in July 2020 on 92 FM from Magna Park to serve Lutterworth. In March 2022 they added a new transmitter on 95.4 FM to serve the Blaby, Countesthorpe and Whetstone areas just south of Leicester. Transmit is from the PSA Financial Services building , south of Blaby.

The PSA office building, on Rose Way. You can't really make out the transmission equipment from here as it is on the other side of the building.

Ofcom Tx Parameters indicate equal ERP is transmitted both vertically and horizontally, but the horizontal component is directional. This ties in with what we see here, with a two element Yagi for HP and an end fed dipole for VP.
