Kirkoswald was originally an IBA landlord site which eneterd service on 5-Jun-1981 to serve about 900 people. Channel 4 was added on 30-Jan-1987.

The main vertically polarised cardioid transmit aerial.

These two log periodics transmit a horizontally polarised beam to the northwest. They were added much later.

Twin receive log periodics pointing towards Girvan.
