Show historic services

Here's a nice obscure one - the Coleford MF site. (It's not strictly so called, but we have added the 'MF' to avoid confusion with the Coleford UHF TV relay) It used to radiate Forest of Dean Community Radio on 1521kHz. FoDR also had a smaller Tx at Newent. FoDR closed in December 2009.

It's was Radica installation, and was located just outside Coleford on a campsite. It was 200W ERP and it could be heard far afield - I live in Gloucester (about 16 miles as the crow flies) and I could receive it easily on a cheap portable.

The other mast on the site is a non-broadcast communications mast.
