Bournemouth University is situated in a fortunate position on the boundary of Poole and Bournemouth. Its location obviously offers the Bursar significant extra income judging by the array of various aerial systems on its roof. The photos show a Sira aerial which may have been used for Hope FM pointing towards Bournemouth Town Centre. Lower down the pole is what appears to be the STL.

Since these photos were taken it has become apparent that the Sira is not in use and that transmission are now vertically polarised from an end-fed collinear.

I wonder why? The station's licence permits mixed polarisation.
