Properly known as Windmill Place Business Centre the antennas for this Community Radio station serving Southall are on the roof of Ironbridge House - named after the adjacent rail bridge which crosses the Uxbridge Road. Ofcom shows the site as operational since 20 August 2007 although other sources suggest Westside was on-air from 13 September. Originally the studios were in Southall but new facilities in Hanwell are now used - recent Google Street View images show an additional SHF dish near the bottom of the pole, with the transmit antennas unchanged. The square horizontal elements in practice give a not-quite omnidirectional pattern and the side-mounted dipole gives a reduction of about 6 dB towards the east.
