"Cardinal" is the name of a BT exchange in central Leicester and the tallest building in the city at 84 m to roof level Ofcom data shows DAB at 95 m with omnidirectional coverage - after a bit of discussion of possible vantage points Neil set off one lunchtime...would it be possible to identify the DAB antenna(s)? BBC, Digital One and the local Leicestershire multiplex all started service on 29 September 2015. We understand the services are likely to be fed via SHF link from Houghton-on-the-Hill

Seen from a position to the south east. The roof is heavily populated with antennas for the mobile networks and other communications...

...at the western end one antenna stands out as different and new. It's similar to the type installed at Kenley and more recently Brixham
