This is the transmission site for Hermitage FM, the community radio station for North West Leicestershire (Coalville and Ashby-de-la-Zouch area). The station started broadcasting in November 2009.

The antennas are mounted on the side of farm buildings, at a height of 10 metres.

The power is 50 watts omnidirectional...

...and the link appears to be on Band I, with the antenna pointed towards studios in Memorial Square, Coalville.
